These terms govern the supply of digital game activation keys by Gamersfunstore LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17493333), whose registered office is at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact: gamersfunstore@gmail.com.
We provide the wholesale supply of digital game activation keys for PC (Steam), Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo platforms to business customers and resellers. Our services are offered on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only and are not intended for individual consumers.
An order is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing (including email). All prices are quoted in EUR and may change at any time before order confirmation. All products are subject to availability.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Payment is due in full before key delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
All products are delivered digitally by email or through a customer dashboard, promptly after payment has been confirmed. No specific delivery timeframe is guaranteed.
Each product listing specifies the applicable region and platform. The customer is responsible for verifying that the region and platform are compatible with the intended use before placing an order.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid by the customer for the affected order. We accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or resale of products purchased from us.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
